Terms

Terms for using the Neal's Services website and secure client portal.

These terms apply to use of the public website, consultation-request workflow, and client portal. A signed engagement agreement may contain additional or different terms for professional services.

Effective: August 28, 2026

Consultation requests do not create a client relationship

Submitting a consultation request, receiving an automated confirmation, or having an initial conversation does not by itself create a client, advisory, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only when Neal's Services and the client complete the applicable onboarding and agreement process.

Professional services and engagement agreements

The scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, timing, confidentiality obligations, and other terms of a consulting engagement are governed by the applicable signed agreement and approved engagement records. If these website terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the signed engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

Website information

Public website content is provided for general business information and to describe Neal's Services consulting approach. Unless an engagement specifically states otherwise, public website content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional for those matters.

Client portal access

Client portal access is for authorized users associated with an approved engagement. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, completing required authentication steps, signing out of shared devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Do not attempt to access another client's information, bypass access controls, probe the service for unauthorized purposes, interfere with availability, or use automated activity that creates unreasonable load or abuse.

Documents and secure delivery

Client documents and deliverables may contain confidential business information. Authorized users should store downloaded materials appropriately and follow the confidentiality, ownership, and use requirements in the applicable engagement agreement.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, written content, branding, frameworks, and original materials are owned by Neal's Services or used with permission. You may use publicly available website information for ordinary personal or internal business reference, but may not misrepresent ownership, remove notices, or republish substantial original material as your own.

Availability and changes

Neal's Services may maintain, update, suspend, or change website and portal features as reasonably necessary for security, service quality, maintenance, or business operations. Reasonable efforts are made to protect continuity, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy

Use of the website and portal is also subject to the Privacy Notice. Security practices are summarized on the Privacy & Security page.
