Privacy Notice

How Neal's Services handles information used for consultations and client engagements.

This notice explains the main information practices for the public website and secure client portal. It should be read together with the Privacy & Security page and the Terms.

Effective: August 28, 2026

Information you provide

Neal's Services receives information you choose to provide when you request a consultation, communicate with the business, create or use a client portal account, respond to document or review requests, or provide files for an engagement.

This can include contact information, business or organization information, the issue or opportunity you describe, desired outcomes, timing and contact preferences, engagement information, and client documents.

Information created while operating the service

The application maintains records needed to operate and secure the service, such as account and engagement state, document versions and delivery state, notification delivery results, review and approval history, and administrative security or audit records.

The public consultation workflow does not store a submitter's IP address or browser user-agent in the consultation request record.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate consultation requests, communicate about potential or active engagements, provide agreed consulting services, administer the client portal, request and deliver documents, maintain service records, protect accounts and systems, and support backup, recovery, auditing, and operational continuity.

Service Email is used for consultation confirmations, administrative alerts, onboarding and account actions, document and review notifications, and other engagement-related communication when the applicable workflow is enabled.

Cookies and session security

The website and portal use session cookies and related session controls that are necessary for form security, authentication, and secure account access. These operational cookies are not used by Neal's Services as advertising cookies.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers or infrastructure used to host, secure, back up, or deliver business communications. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, prevent misuse, or address an authorized business or legal request.

Neal's Services does not ask clients to submit confidential documents through the public consultation form. Approved client materials should use the secure onboarding and client portal workflow.

Retention

Records and documents are retained according to engagement, operational, security, backup, and applicable business or legal needs. Retention settings in the application are review horizons for deliberate manual review; they do not promise automatic deletion on a particular date.

Security

Neal's Services uses authenticated client access, role-based administration, MFA for administrator access, protected document delivery, audit records, backups, and other safeguards designed for the current consulting platform. No Internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

Read more about the operating approach on the Privacy & Security page.

Your questions and requests

To ask a privacy question or request review or correction of information associated with you or your business, contact neal@nealsservices.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, operational, backup, or legal reasons.
