• Estimates may change when the actual conditions, requested scope, materials, access, third-party charges, permit requirements, or information supplied by the customer differ from what was originally understood.
• Service-specific contracts, engagement letters, proposals, invoices, cancellation terms, warranties, and payment terms control over conflicting website language.
• Neal's Services may use properly qualified employees, independent contractors, subcontractors, referral partners, or licensed professionals when appropriate for a service.

5. Emergencies and Safety
